Reservations
To ensure the availability of your care, it is advisable to make an appointment at least one day in advance. A credit card is required to guarantee the appointment.
Groups
For group bookings, please contact the receptionists at Rainspa who will be happy to help you coordinate your event. Our manicure pedicure salon can also be reserved for groups of 3 to 6 people. Cocktails and bites can be served to enhance your event.
Our Boutique
We invite you to explore our beautiful boutique, where every product is carefully selected for your enjoyment. For any product returns, a credit may be issued within 7 days of purchase, upon presentation of the original receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Gift Cards
Giving a moment of relaxation at Rainspa is the perfect gift for any occasion. You can offer a gift card valid at all our Corner Collection establishments, available for purchase on-site or online. Also, discover our Rainspa gift certificates, available on-site. Please note that they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. In the event of cancellation or change, the full amount of the services will be charged to the credit card used as a guarantee at the time of booking. For group bookings, 72 hours’ notice is required.
To Bring
We will be pleased to provide you with bathrobes, slippers, towels, private lockers, and bath products. For the use of the hammam, we kindly ask that you bring your swimsuit and slippers.
Arrivals at the Spa
We invite you to arrive at the spa at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. This will give you time to relax, complete the health questionnaire and familiarize yourself with the spa environment. Please note that a late arrival will result in a shorter treatment time in order to respect the next client.
Changing Rooms
For your comfort, changing rooms are available. You will find bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, and all the necessary shower amenities.
Personal Objects
Although we provide personal lockers, we are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal items.
Cellphones
Rainspa is an environment of tranquility, serenity and relaxation. In order to respect everyone’s peace of mind, we ask you to turn off your mobile phone and any other electronic device.
Dress Code
Hotel guests can enjoy the spa in a bathrobe and slippers for an ultimate relaxation experience. Disposable underwear is available for treatments. You may also wear your own underwear or a swimsuit.
Hammam
We invite you to contact our team to reserve a special moment in the hammam. Our hammam is a place of serenity, and to preserve the tranquility of all, we kindly ask you to limit conversations and respect the peaceful atmosphere. A swimsuit is required in the hammam. To ensure everyone’s comfort, we invite you to wear a towel and use the bathrobe in our relaxation area.
Minimum Age
Access to the hammam and body treatments is reserved for individuals aged 18 and above. Guests aged 10 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Insurance Receipts
All of our massages are performed by certified massage therapists. Insurance receipts are available upon request at the end of your treatment.
Your Health
We kindly ask you to provide any relevant information regarding your health, injuries, and allergies at the time of your reservation. A health questionnaire must be completed before any treatment to tailor it to your needs. Heat is not recommended for individuals suffering from asthma, respiratory issues, circulation problems, or high blood pressure.
Pregnancy
We offer specific care to future mothers. Please contact the spa receptionists to guide you and help you choose your treatments. Massages and body treatments can be booked from the second trimester. Facials, manicures and pedicures remain possible options during the first trimester.
Room Service
Massages can be provided in your hotel room upon request. An additional charge of $50 per treatment will apply for this service.
Parking
From Monday to Thursday, valet service is free for the duration of your treatment at Rainspa. From Friday to Sunday, valet service is available at a rate of $20 plus tax for a 3-hour period.
